		<description>Jack&#039;s observation that in avoiding getting lost in the big world of Anvard, that tribes are formed, is a great commentary on our own world.

The fact that the scouts that Jack communicates with cannot communicate with each other reminds me of the scattered friends I have that generally don&#039;t communicate with each other.  A few email friends, a few in-person friends.  I seem to have this recluse side of myself that attracts like.

Also, there is little sadder than a big ornate empty bookshelf. I weep.</description>
