Perhaps it happens all the time. My theory is that she's some sort of tourist. Perhaps with a Somebody Elses Business field around her? Any bright pink restaurants landed? Cameras and fake Ascian clothes - They've teamed up with the blurs like the frogs and deros in BPRD and they're BAAACK! Or not, but you're right - it's somebody with the kind of "better machines" that the Blur used on Jack at the buffet party - and they're infesting the house unopposed! Or else the two events are unconnected, the guy with his kid was just an asshole tourist and the woman in the basement is just some member of the tribe doing something odd which the menfolk are used to for some yet-to-be disclosed reason. But I do like the idea of an undetected munkyland infestation. Chilling. OMG it’s Munkyland!
